Upon completion, every inspection fixture is verified to customer supplied specifications using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

As an A2LA certified lab, our CMM operators measure each completed fixture to verify that it meets the approved design specifications and tolerances.

Arbor supplies the verification reports to the customer electronically. Upon request, the verification reports may be supplied with the fixtures when they are delivered.

Visual displays (roadmaps) are included with the verification report that help to identify the measurement points.

Clamping sequences and fixture inspection instructions are included on each fixture.
